Gabbaldaye Consultancy Firm (GCF) constitutes a pioneering, independent, private company of consulting services in the sectors of humanitarian, development, employment, innovation, management, and international collaborations. Gabbaldaye is a new and innovative consulting network for development and humanitarian aid. We assist our clients in the design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of projects and programs in various thematic areas. We offer new approaches to old problems. GCF is interested in thinking outside the box, and finding new solutions to old problems together with local communities, stakeholders, and think tanks. We add a fresh touch to consulting in development cooperation by applying innovation in all our work as a cross-cutting issue starting from program design and implementation, to evaluations and training.

The Gabbaldaye has the following objectives:

Facilitate local political dialogue and reconciliation among the communities, local authorities, civil society, and politicians to mutually understand establishing peace culture and improve effective participation and common interest for the society to form for their own local administrations on decentralization governance. - To be an organization that retains highly qualified personnel, provides for their career development, and establishes programs that provide a high degree of personal and family economic security.
- Promote a human rights culture and peace in society by working towards awareness raising, mobilization on attitude change, and empowerment of the marginalized community, IDPs, women, children, CBOs, and involved Local NGOs and the government law enforcement agencies in order to protect the rights of all persons (women and child rights are the especial focus).
